I received a letter from you asking why you have not heard from me since the sewer job your company did for me a few years ago. Good news for me but I have not had any new drain or sewer problems. I have recommended you to friends who have had the need of your services.

I was very happy with the job your guys did on my broken sewer line. I even called you about my surprise that your plumber called me to let me know he was running late. I like that kind of service. Your men did not waste time standing around talking and they treated me with respect. They thought they had found the break in the line but I knew that was not it. I told them what I had seen on the camera 2 days earlier and it was a bigger hole. They did not look at me as if I was a dumb blond- ( I am a blond) but continued to dig in the hardpan. Sure enough, there was a big hole in the pipe about a foot from the first break.
